Service Description
By purchasing a ticket to our museum you agree to the following visitation policies developed in compliance with guidelines and requirements related to COVID-19: If you are feeling ill, or running a fever of 100.4 or higher, please stay home. All guests over the age of three must wear a face covering during their visit. Be aware that capacity limits apply to galleries and activity stations and there may be a short wait to enter. Buildings now have 1-way traffic where possible. Please look for entrance/exit signage above doorways.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience for all, please review the following policies before your visit: Booking and Arrival Advanced booking is encouraged for guided tours to ensure availability and a personalized experience. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour. Group Size Tours accommodate small groups and individuals. For larger groups, including school tours, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. Supervision and Conduct Adult chaperones must accompany school groups. A recommended ratio is one adult for every ten students. Visitors are expected to follow all museum guidelines and behave respectfully to preserve the experience for others. Accessibility The museum is wheelchair accessible and has an ADA restroom on the main floor. If you require additional accommodations, please inform us during booking. Photography and Mobile Devices Photography is allowed for personal use unless otherwise noted in specific exhibit areas. Please silence mobile devices during guided tours. Personal Belongings Large bags, backpacks, and food or drinks are not permitted in exhibit areas. Storage lockers may be available upon request. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For School Groups Teachers and chaperones are responsible for the behavior and safety of their students during the visit. Hands-on activities are designed to align with exhibit themes and curriculum goals. Please inform us of any special requests or requirements in advance.
