Program Goals
1 / Strengthen Social Connection and Cohesion
Build meaningful connections by creating welcoming spaces for people to share experiences, strengthen relationships, and participate in enriching workshops.
2 / Empower Leadership and Personal Growth
Offer participants opportunities to practice strategies and tools such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, stress management, change management, and practical leadership skills to enhance relationships and strengthen community connections.
3 / Drive Economic Development through the Arts
Offer training in creative entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and professional practices to support economic growth and artistic sustainability in creative industries.
4 / Expand Visibility of Creative Artists in Community
Celebrate Creative Artists by highlighting participant creativity through community creative arts showcases and digital platforms.
5 / Ensure Accessibility and Community Value
Pilot a program to assess the need and desire for a mobile workshop initiative and digital platform, with the goal of providing greater connection to creative artist resources and opportunities across Huerfano County.
